Volunteering is a brilliant way to increase your chances of gaining employment.
It’s an avenue to develop new skills, acquire experience, develop your network of contacts and demonstrates your initiative.
We offer a whole host of volunteering opportunities, across a number of different sectors to suit your interests.
We have created a number of fixed term employment programmes where our customers have the opportunity to try jobs without needing previous experience or the relevant qualifications.
Paid work placements are temporary employment placements (either six weeks or six months) where you will be given full training, gain valuable work experience, all whilst receiving a wage.
This will give you the experience in a role and training to enable you to apply for permanent employment.
On completion, those who have successfully taken part may be invited to stay on. If this is not possible, your adviser will continue to offer support to source further employment.
Earn while you learn - taking on a Modern Apprenticeship (MA) gives you the unique opportunity to learn and get paid at the same time!
