Customer Service Officer (P/T)
The role will involve carrying out regular patrols across the centre, monitoring CCTV systems, responding to incidents and alarms, assisting customers and supporting retailers with any security concerns. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a proactive approach to customer care and safety.
Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a security or customer service role is preferred, and applicants must hold a valid SIA licence. Flexible working hours, including weekends and shift work, will be required.
Additional Information: 24 hours per week - rolling rota mixture of weekdays and weekends
