Female Support worker (Day Centre)

30hrs per week

Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM.

£12.60 per hour

Duties:

As a Support Worker within the Day Service, you will provide support and care to individuals who have a learning disability, mental health and any associated physical disability or health need. You will support them to attend meaningful activities. You will work as an integral part of our team, providing excellent standards of support and care. Your work as a Support Worker may involve you working on a 1 to 1 basis with individuals or as part of a bigger team providing support to individuals as required, you will also take part in the care planning process adding valuable input to the service users we support.

Good communication important , good level of spoken & written English

Successful candidate will be subject to PVG Check

Must be able to provide 2 references

SVQ level 2/3 in health & social care, or a willingness to work towards this is essential.
