Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site labour and subcontractors

• Coordinate daily site operations and work programmes

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards

• Review drawings, specifications and quantities for accuracy

• Ensure plant, equipment and materials are available and suitable for use

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors and project teams

• Maintain site records, inspections, reports and project documentation

• Undertake toolbox talks, inductions and site inspections

• Assist with risk assessments, method statements and permit systems

• Proactively resolve site issues and support project delivery


Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Foreman within the construction or civil engineering sector

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and site compliance

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet project deadlines

• Competent IT and record-keeping skills
